Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UnlockFlowURLS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and any policies or notices posted on the website. Permitted Use
You may use UnlockFlowURLS only for lawful, accurate, and policy-compliant destinations. You are responsible for the content, legality, safety, and claims associated with every URL you shorten, distribute, or promote through the platform. Your use must comply with advertising network standards, affiliate-program rules, consumer protection requirements, and all other laws or contractual obligations that apply to your traffic and content.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the service to distribute malware, phishing pages, credential theft pages, exploit kits, spam campaigns, unlawful adult content, hate content, deceptive affiliate flows, sanctioned content, or any material that infringes another party’s rights. You may not attempt to bypass rate limiting, abuse tracking systems, interfere with availability, scrape protected data, automate abusive traffic, or reverse engineer non-public behavior except where explicitly allowed by law.
Intellectual Property
UnlockFlowURLS and all related branding, interface elements, code, designs, databases, content, and documentation are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You retain rights in content or destinations you lawfully control, but you grant us the limited rights required to store, process, display, and route those links through the platform.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnlockFlowURLS disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. We do not guarantee that links will always resolve without interruption, that third-party services will remain available, or that monetization results will meet any specific expectation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnlockFlowURLS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend, disable, remove, or refuse service access or individual links at any time if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates security risk, causes legal exposure, harms users, or threatens platform integrity. We may also remove links to comply with legal requests, ad-network requirements, abuse investigations, or policy obligations. You may stop using the service at any time.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnlockFlowURLS, its operators, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, destinations, campaigns, misuse of the platform, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If resolution is not reached, courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
